Best enjoyed on the day of delivery.

If not enjoying immediately, keep the focaccia covered in an airtight container. Refrigerate within 2 hours and enjoy within 3 days.

For longer storage, wrap well and freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw before reheating.

As this focaccia contains no preservatives, please check that it looks and smells fresh before eating.

Serving & Reheating Guide

Best enjoyed fresh and slightly warm.

To reheat, warm in a preheated oven or air fryer at 160Β°C for 5–8 minutes, until heated through. This helps restore the crisp golden crust and soft, airy centre.

For a half tray, start checking after 4–5 minutes. Allow to stand briefly before serving.
